Gilibanga is committed to expanding the field of Blak-led evaluation and creating pathways for our people and Trusted Allies to step into this work with confidence, capability and cultural strength. By investing in professional development that is culturally grounded and community-centred, we are helping our Network extend their practice in ways that honour who they are and the knowledge systems they carry.

Gilibanga supports this through our sponsorship program, which enables Blak evaluators and Trusted Allies to attend a range of professional development events such as 2 Worlds Understanding, Measuring, Evaluating and Learning (2WUMEL), the Australian Evaluation Society annual conference and the Gilibanga Gathering.
